The HTSD Technology Help Desk is available from 7:30am-3:30pm and Technology Services staff respond to support requests as quickly as possible.
The preferred method for submitting requests for technology assistance is through the parent link in the District Help Desk management system. This is a "guest portal" in the HTSD Technology Help Desk (Incident IQ) system which will provide progress notifications to you at the email address provided, as the status of the support ticket changes.
The Technology Help Desk can also be reached by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 412-492-6340. For calls to the support phone number, please leave a detailed message that includes your phone number and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
For district employees, please use the Technology Help Desk link available through the employee Connect (Rapid Identity) portal.
