Frequently Asked District Email Questions
Q: Why am I missing district email notices from Infinite Campus or the Hampton Headlines newsletter?
A: There are several possible reasons you might not be seeing district emails.
Depending on your email program (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, a work account, or other personal email system), the messages could have simply ended up in an "other" category or possibly in the Junk folder in your email program, they are often sent from the district system in bulk.
- For the Hampton Headlines Newsletter
Search your inbox for an email from noreply@hampton.myenotice.com and if it is there, add this address to your contacts or allowed sender list.
- For Infinite Campus communications
For certain district and building announcements, delays, cancellations, and attendance notifications.
Search your inbox for emails from Infinite_Campus@hamptonpa.mg.infinitecampus.org and if it is there, add this address to your contacts or allowed sender list.
If you are still not receiving these notifications, your email address could be incorrect in the district system. Please reach out to helpdesk@ht-sd.org for assistance in resolving the issue.
