Reunification Procedures

In the event that a school needs to evacuate (e.g. for loss of power, weather-related emergencies, or a threat of violence), the building administration, faculty and staff will follow pre-determined District protocols. After that point, the District, in conjunction with emergency personnel, will decide whether the students can return safely to the building.

In the event that the students will not be able to return to the building, the District will notify the Transportation Department, which will have the buses arrive and take the students safely home. The District will notify parents of plans through the Rapid Response System.

For safety reasons, if students are going to be bused home, we ask that parents and guardians not arrive on the scene so that first responders can continue to focus on the emergency.

As always, please make sure to provide up-to-date information in Infinite Campus. Directions for updating information can be found here.
