Graduation 2020 Update - REVISED - June 1, 2020

GRADUATION UPDATE: Please review the linked letter for information on the diploma ceremony being moved to June 5th.

Graduation 2020 Update - May 18, 2020

From Dr. Imbarlina - The Allegheny County Health Department has verified that our proposed graduation plan adheres to appropriate social distancing guidelines.  I know this isn't what you imagined when you thought of your graduation ceremony, but I hope it provides you and your family an opportunity to begin celebrating your accomplishment as we patiently wait for our region to enter the "Green Phase" of the COVID19 mitigation process.
Please review the linked letter for more details.

It is imperative that any graduate interested in participating in this diploma ceremony register using the link in the letter.  Additionally, if you now want to "walk" and didn't purchase a cap or gown, you will need to reach out to my administrative assistant, Mrs. Dorenkott, deedee.dorenkott@ht-sd.org, so that she can attempt to borrow a cap and gown from a past graduate.
This is a gentle reminder that we are distributing pre-ordered caps and gowns on Friday, May 29th.

Cap & Gown Fittings - Monday, Nov. 4

A representative from Jostens will be here on Monday, November 4th to meet with seniors during 4th period to provide information on ordering caps and gowns, graduation announcements, and other graduation novelties.

Additionally, during the class meeting, students will review how their name will appear on their diploma. Any student who misses this meeting should meet with Mrs. Dorenkott, the building administrative assistant in the main office, to review the spelling of their name on the diploma.

All Jostens orders are due on Tuesday, November 12th.   The representative from Jostens will be collecting orders during all three lunch periods.

If it is more convenient for you, the information is also located online: https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1045783/Hampton-High-School/
