Fitness Club 

The purpose of the Fitness Club is to provide opportunities for students at Hampton Middle School to improve their fitness levels and overall health and wellness. Students will be able to identify their personal fitness goals such as weight management, cardiovascular and/or strength improvement, etc.

Facilities: Primarily, we will use the middle school fitness center as well as outdoor facilities, such as the track and cross-country trails.

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45PM to 3:45PM with a modified schedule during the winter sports season. All middle school students are invited to attend. There will be a sign in sheet at the entrance of the fitness center where all students must sign in.

All sponsors are certified Health and Physical Education teachers and will be available to consult with individual students to help meet their personal goals.
