The 2018 PROM AND AFTER-PARTY
will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018. Pre-Party on the Red Carpet and Prom-Walk will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Hampton High School. Prom and the After-Party will be held from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh. For a full schedule of events please see Schedule of Events.
Everyone must register for Prom and the After-Party tickets online. Registration is open now until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Go here online

here if necessary, and return it at the time you purchase your ticket. No tickets will be valid unless all information is completed. Be sure to include a copy of a current photo ID if your guest is not a Hampton High School student. Prom Guest Registration Forms are due at the time of ticket purchase. In order to attend Prom, all Prom participants must arrive at the Omni William Penn via a contracted carrier, parent driver, or the bus provided by the district. No Prom participant may drive to the Omni William Penn.
Prom participants who fail to adhere to the rules regarding transportation to and from Prom will not be permitted to attend Prom and will not be entitled to any reimbursement. All Prom participants must be dropped off and picked up at the designated hotel entrance. Tickets for Prom can be purchased Monday, April 16, 2018 through Thursday, April 19, 2018 during all lunch periods (periods 5, 6, and 7) in the high school cafeteria. The cost is $170.00 per couple ($85.00 for a single) and includes dinner, dancing, a hypnotist, and various games and activities at the Omni William Penn, and a school bus to and from the Omni William Penn.
Tickets will be sold April 16-19, and must be purchased by check or money order only, no cash will be accepted. Please have the check or money order made out to Hampton Township School District. All tickets must be purchased by a Hampton High School junior or senior only. All obligations must be taken care of by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, or your ticket will be forfeited.
The meal for the evening will consist of a house salad with a choice of dressing, an entrée selection, and dessert bar. Please choose one entrée per person. Options are available for students with special dietary restrictions.
Note: once you have made the selection you may not change it.
Seared chicken breast – herbs and boursin roasted shallot cream, and herb roasted red skin potatoes
Cheese lasagna, marinara sauce
Options are available for Gluten Free or Non-Dairy.
Prom is chaperoned by the Hampton High School Administration and Faculty; the After-Party is chaperoned by the Parent-Teacher Organization. The supervision by the chaperones begins when the students enter Prom or After-Party and ends upon departure. All rules and regulations outlined in the student handbook must be adhered to throughout the evening.
Formal attire is required for Prom. Seating will be at tables of ten (10) or twelve (12). Table sign- up will be the week of ticket sales. Please pick up a table assignment form when ticket is purchased or outside of room E-515. Forms are due no later than 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 to Mrs. Taylor in room E-515.
After-Party: Students are permitted to change clothes this year. Students must drop off their change of clothes in a small bag and hung on a hanger, along with a garment bag, labeled with a 8 1/2" x 11' sheet of paper, with their name and phone number, on Tuesday May 1, Wednesday, May 2, or Thursday, May 3rd, to the drop off area at Hampton High School. Parent volunteers will then check the clothes and make sure they are appropriate. The school dress code will be followed. Parent volunteers will transport the change of clothes to the Omni, where there will be a room in which students can change - one for boys and one for girls, with a chaperone in each one.
