The 12th Annual Hampton Township School District Recycle Rama will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Hampton High School.

Reservations are being accepted for the annual Swing Into Spring Senior Citizens Breakfast. The free breakfast is open to Hampton Township senior citizens and is being held from 8:15 to 10 a.m. on Friday, April 5 at the Hampton Middle School, 4589 School Drive, Allison Park.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Western PA and Hampton Township School District will advance CS and STEM learning by launching the AI Pathways Institute (AIPI) and Teen Accelerator this summer, thanks to a $237,654 grant from the PAsmart initiative. The AIPI and Teen Accelerator is an intensive, interactive, hands-on program for rising 9th-11th grade students who have historically been underrepresented in the field.

Tickets will be available beginning 7 a.m. on March 5 for the 2019 HHS Musical Production "Chicago, High School Edition." Opening night is Friday, April 5, with curtains up at 7:30 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Additional shows will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13.

Beginning on Monday, January 14, 2019, every school in Pennsylvania will begin using the Safe2Say Something Anonymous Reporting System. The Safe2Say Something Anonymous Reporting System allows individuals to submit secure and anonymous safety concerns to help identify and intervene when unsafe and/or harmful behaviors take place
