Facilities Overview

The District comprises 180 acres of land, including playgrounds and numerous playing fields and five buildings - three elementary schools, a middle school (grades 6-8), and a high school.

Over the last 12 years, each of the District's five buildings has been remodeled or renovated. Most recently, the District renovated Central and Wyland Elementary Schools and Hampton Middle School to add captured vestibule entrances. Renovations to the High School also are being discussed.

The District boasts a state-of-the-art stadium known as Fridley Field, which houses a three-story press box, including restrooms, a concession stand, coaches' boxes and media room. Locker rooms for home and visiting teams also are available at Fridley Field, along with a recently-updated scoreboard. During the summer of 2019, Fridley Field's turf was replaced and the area between the stadium and Hampton Middle School was transformed into a track and field sports area.

Additionally, a baseball field has been added to the District's repertoire of athletic facilities. It is located beside Hampton High School. Two additional fields - also located near the High School - have been improved. Signage also was added to each of the fields to identify them by their newly-appointed names.
