School Lunch Program During Closure
Posted 03/15/2020 04:28PM

Dear Hampton Families,

As we all are aware the Governor has announced that all schools in the commonwealth will be closed until further notice due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus. However, during the closure we will be providing a continuation of our free and reduced breakfast/lunch program. The Hampton Township School District will be providing an opportunity to families that have qualified for this program to receive grab and go lunch/breakfast offerings for their children.

This service will start Monday, March 16th and continue during the closure.  Parents may “drive through” at Hampton High School and pick up outside of the cafeteria doors just before the Remembrance Garden. Families should remain in the car and our staff will deliver to your car.

Curb side pick-up time is from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We may adjust the time for pick up as we evaluate the needs of our families. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

We want to thank our food service staff and the Metz team for all of their efforts to be sure that we can continue this valuable program during this unprecedented situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
Michael R. Lougheed
Superintendent
Hampton Township School District
