Hampton Township School District will continue to follow, but not mandate, the recommendations from the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) to ensure the well-being of our students and staff.
Reporting Positive Cases:
If your child tests positive for COVID-19, we strongly advise you to consult your child's pediatrician for guidance.
Please notify the school nurse.
Make sure to obtain a return-to-school date and guidance from your pediatrician.
To excuse a COVID-19-related absence, we require a medical note from your child's pediatrician.
Parent Excused Days:
The absence will be recorded as "Parent Excused" days if a medical note is not provided.
Timely communication with the school regarding your child's situation is essential.
