Annual Evaluations

The Pennsylvania School Code requires all school districts in the Commonwealth to develop objective performance standards and to make them available to the public on the District’s website.

At the conclusion of each evaluation cycle, the School Board is mandated to publish a statement on the District website as to whether the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent met, exceeded or did not meet the objective performance standards. The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent must be evaluated annually, and the objective performance standards must be mutually agreed upon by both the School Board and the Superintendent.
