The Hampton Township School District is soliciting bids for consumable supplies.  Below is information regarding the Bid Process.

Bid packets can also be obtained by contacting Mrs. Patty Waldroup, Hampton Township School District, 4591 School Drive, Allison Park, PA, 15101, at waldroup@ht-sd.org or (412) 492-6370.

Sealed bids are due to the school district at the above address by 11:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time on February 25, 2026.  Bids must be mailed or hand delivered, and any that are submitted via email will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened at 1:00 P.M. in the Office of the Director of Administrative Services on Thursday, February 26, 2026.   BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON FEBRUARY 26, 2026.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bids are received by the due date and time.  The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid.
