Bid packets can also be obtained by emailing Mrs. Patty Waldroup, Hampton Township School District, 4591 School Drive, Allison Park, PA, 15101, at waldroup@ht-sd.org.
Sealed bids are due in the above office by 11:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time on February 26, 2025. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered, and any that are submitted via email will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened at 1:00 P.M. in the Office of the Director of Administrative Services on Thursday, February 27, 2025. BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 2025. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bids are received by the due date and time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid.
