Latin Club

Open to all Hampton Middle School students this club provides students a chance to explore the Latin Language and Roman culture through academic, social and community service activities. All Hampton Middle School Students are welcome regardless of grade level or whether they are studying a particular world language. 

Club activities include: 
 -Community service opportunities, including decorating pumpkins for a nursing home, Valentine's for Veterans and  cleaning up the HMS courtyard.
-Students also enjoy activities that relate to Roman culture, like making mosaics to decorate the gardens of the courtyard.
-Students have a chance to attend High School Latin Club events.  This is a chance for our current 8th grade students to get to know upperclassmen and make connections before they  make the transition to high school.
