The District's food service is managed by Metz Culinary Management. Under a program initiated in 2005, students are able to pay for meals using a debit system similar to those used on college campuses.
Hampton's school cafeterias serve approximately 260,000 lunches annually and almost 20,000 breakfasts. In addition, the food service staff cater many different events across the five District facilities.
