Attention Skilled Mathematics Students

The American Mathematical Society, with the support of the Carnegie Science Center, presents the Arnold Ross Lecture for Skilled High School Mathematics Students on Thursday, October 12, 2010. This year's lecturer is Thomas C. Hales, Melon Professor of Mathematics at the University of Pittsburgh. There will be an opportunity for selected students to compete for $3,000 in prize money. See Mrs. Ellena-Wygonik in the Enrichment Office immediately if you are interested. She may only take 4 highly skilled math students to this event.
