Fall Sports Physicals Offerings

AGH is offering fall sports physicals. The cost is $10. Cash or check payable to HTSD is accepted. The physical is by appointment only. Please call 1-877-284-2000 for the dates and locations of the physicals and to schedule your appointment. Do not call the Athletics Office. Forms are available at the High School, Middle School and Athletics Office or click below. All forms are due in the Athletics Office by Friday, July 27.
