There is no Special Board Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2017. The next regularly scheduled board meeting is the Work Session Meeting on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dr. Harold Sarver Memorial Library at HMS.
The 10th Annual Recycle Rama will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in the Hampton High School parking lot. A complete listing of the items being accepted for collection is available here.
New this year is the inclusion of an additional drop-off site to help alleviate traffic congestion. The Hampton Township Community Pool parking lot will be the location for electronic item drop offs this year, which includes televisions and computer monitors. There is a strict one television per customer drop off rule. There is no limit on the number of computer monitors or other electronic devices that can be recycled per person.
Traffic will be closely monitored and directed by the Hampton Township Police Department and the Hampton Township Fire Police to help control congestion issues that have been experienced in previous years. It is recommended that individuals enter the school and community center parking lot areas via Wildwood Extension, rather than McCully Road, to help with traffic flow. A complete map of the drop off zones is available here.
